Estimated using generic USDA FoodData Central ingredient profiles and specified label proxies; not laboratory tested. Patty-only estimate from ¼ lb (113 g) raw 80/20 ground beef, assuming no fat loss during cooking. Actual cooked patties may contain fewer calories and less fat when drippings are discarded; higher-fat beef raises values. Excludes unmeasured salt/pepper, cheese, bun, condiments, toppings, and toasting fat. Sodium shown is naturally occurring beef sodium; added salt is not included.
