Estimated using generic USDA FoodData Central ingredient profiles and specified label proxies; not laboratory tested. Assumes 32 fluid ounces heavy cream (4 cups; 952 g), 400 g sugar, 20 g unsweetened cocoa, and the stated final yield of 4½ cups. If 32 ounces means weight rather than volume or reduction changes the yield, nutrition per tablespoon changes. Excludes foods served with the syrup.
